I have a particular interested in the mental health and wellbeing of women approaching and going through menopause and have developed a toolkit of techniques, interventions and strategies aimed at helping them reclaim any lost vitality and move forward with strength and confidence.
Bereavement is a sad fact of life and merits careful assistance. I have a great deal of experience in this field - including pet bereavement which often gets overlooked. If you are suffering from bereavement of any kind and need help, you will receive sensitive and thoughtful support through this very difficult situation.
I have studied as a Mindfulness teacher for both individuals and groups with the British Psychological Society and enjoy promoting health and wellbeing through this key therapeutic tool.
