Experience

Hello. My name is Jules Bartlett and my experience as a therapist spans nearly two decades and over twelve thousand client-facing hours. I've worked in GP surgeries, schools, counselling agencies, specialist support centres for ASD and for many years in my own private practice. I have taught counselling specialisms in FE colleges, supervised individual counsellors (both trainee and BACP accredited), run supervision groups for a counselling agency and trained both groups and individuals in various specialisms and elements of good practice.

My primary aim is to offer every client who comes to me a warm, safe, supportive environment in which to discuss their problems - and time enough to work through them to a satisfactory conclusion.  No one is obliged to have any more sessions than they themselves believe to be necessary.  I work in strict accordance with the ethical framework of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
